"Humiliating" a 14-Year-Old Palestinian?

You know how President Bush complained a while back that Israel was using "humiliating security measures" against the "Palestinians"? When President Bush meets with PA head Abbas, will he again talk about the need for Israel to avoid such "humiliations"?

And what better illustrates these "humiliating measures" than forcing a 14 year old boy to remove his shirt for an inspection, right?

Only one little problem. Fourteen year old boys are routinely used by the Palestinian terrorists as murderers and bombers. Yesterday a 14 year old Palestinian boy arrived at the Hawara checkpoint from the city of Nablus in the West Bank. The youth aroused the suspicion of the Israeli soldiers at the checkpoint. An explosives belt, constructed out of two pipe bombs, was uncovered under the youths' shirt during the security check.

The youth was intending to detonate the explosive belt at the checkpoint and murder people. He was arrested and will be questioned by security forces. Over the past two months there have been 14 incidents of Palestinian minors who have attempted to detonate or smuggle weaponry and explosives at WestBank checkpoints. Over 50 Palestinian minors have been arrested for their involvement in terrorism since the beginning of 2005.

We here at DTN are a little old fashioned in that we consider being blown to smithereens a worse form of humiliation than asking teenagers to check what they have hidden under their Tee shirts.

Where is the leftist outrage at the old religous men who send out little boys to die? I guess if its not Christianity or Judaism its just not worth getting worked up over.
